Pre-Order POLICY
- Payment: Full payment is required at the time of placing a pre-order.
- Delivery Time: The estimated shipping date will be provided on the product page. Please note that this is an estimate and subject to change.
- Order Changes: No changes can be made to pre-orders after they are placed. This includes size changes, color changes, or canceling your order.
- Refunds and Exchanges: Pre-orders are eligible for a refund or exchange only if the product arrives damaged or defective.
- Shipping: Pre-ordered items will be shipped separately from in-stock items. You will receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped.
- Availability: In the rare case that the item becomes unavailable, you will be notified immediately and a full refund will be issued.
- Updates: We will keep you updated on the status of your pre-order via email. You can also check the status by logging into your account on our website.

By placing a pre-order WITH BUNGALOW MARKET LLC, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined in this policy. Failure to comply may result in the cancellation of your pre-order.
Shipping Policy
- Shipping Locations: We ship both domestically and internationally. Additional charges may apply for international shipping.
- Shipping Costs: Standard shipping is free for orders over $300. For orders under $300, a flat rate of $15 will be charged for domestic orders, and $35 for international orders.
- Shipping Time: Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Standard shipping usually takes 5-7 business days, while expedited shipping takes 2-3 business days.
- Tracking: A tracking number will be provided once your order has been shipped.
- Delays: Bungalow Market is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, or any damages resulting from the failure to receive an order on time.
Returns Policy
- Return Period: Items can be returned within 14 days of the delivery date.
- Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging.
- Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at contact@1bungalow.com with your order number.
- Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5 business days.
- Exchanges: We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. For exchanges, send us an email at contact@1bungalow.com.
- Shipping Costs for Returns: Customers are responsible for the shipping costs of returned items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
